The people of Concord are at the top of the city’s organization chart!
That means that the council, the city manager and every department head has to answer to the people. The Concord City Council makes decisions about every dollar that comes in and out of the city. The Council approves service delivery and building use, appoints the city manager and decides what shopping centers and housing projects will come to Concord. Clearly this is an area where Concord citizens can exert control.
Seating the right person on the city council matters now more than ever before. Voting for the next city council person is not just a right, it’s the responsibility of every voting age Concord citizen.
On November 4th don’t leave the polls without taking care of home.
